DESIGN OF THE FILTERED TAILINGS STORAGE FACILITY AND CONSTRUCTION QUALITY ASSURANCE SERVICES AT THE TAHUEHUETO PROJECT
During the constructive development of the project, the client requested Solum’s support for the design of the filtered tailings storage facility and to provide construction quality assurance services to obtain different options for a more efficient and sustainable solution during construction.
Scope of Work
Solum performed the topographic survey and soil mechanics, field geotechnical investigation, design of the FTSF, and CQA services for geosynthetic installation of the FTSF. Currently, Solum is providing construction quality assurance by supervising the construction of Phase 1 of the FTS raise.
